Training for Conductors of
LARGE & MEDIAN GROUPS

The Training for Conductors of Large and Median Group-Analytic Groups (LG & MG) can be enrolled in as a continuation of a completed group analysis or SPOC training.

Similar to the other trainings of the School, it follows a tripartite model: theoretical, experiential and practical work with supervision.

For the Level A of the training, an important part is co-conducting the School’s large group, which is held once a month over ten years (now in hybrid format) with group supervisions after the sessions as well as in between. Experiential and theoretical work is also an important part of the training. After two years, the final paper of the training can be submitted.

Level B of the training includes additional training, along with leading one’s own median or large group.

In the culture of the School’s internationalisation it is expected that trainees, independently or with the help of educators, organise educational workshops or symposia with experienced large-group conductors from other countries.
